Job requirements

We need you to have the ability to:
Provide first-level technical and operational support to our customers
Log, track and monitor customer queries via our ticketing system (Freshdesk)
Log, track and monitor internal tickets on Jira when needed
Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs
Generate efficient and effective customer reports
Collaborate with the respective departments to resolve customer related issues in a timely manner
Perform platform user setup, configuration, and management
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Willingness to work under a flexible schedule (8am-12pm and 4pm-8pm) would be considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Computer Science or Engineering will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of Excel and SQL considered an asset
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role
Any previous experience in the maritime industry will be considered an asset
Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills
Results-oriented mindset
